Talent Submission

The Austin Models & Talent Agency is always looking for new talent of all ages however we currently do not consider anyone under 5 years of age. Because we are primarily a land-based agency, we are generally only interested in talent who reside in the Central Texas area. Our represention covers models, actors, singers, voice over artists, promotional, lookalike and specialty talent, animals, and photographers. We are not looking for people who want to be a number in a book or on a database, or who wish an informal, financially motivated strictly business-like relationship. Our management style is very focused and we make an incredible investment in time and cost with every person that we represent. If you feel you have what it takes to work within our team, then we are interested in hearing from you. Please read our submission guidelines below very carefully.

Note: If your Internet email service provider is EARTHLINK, do not bother submitting to us. We will not answer to Earthlink accounts due to their cumbersome anti-spam approval system.

At a minimum, please make sure you provide your Name, Age, Photo, Phone Number, City, EMail Address, and Resume (if available). Submissions that do not include a phone number and email address will be disgarded. Photos cannot be returned and we will contact you only if we are interested. Emailed photos should be attachments or as links, not imbedded into the email message. Prospective talent do not necessarily need to submit professional photos; snapshots are sufficient as long as they properly depict you. Please do not submit photos that have been excessively retouched; we need to evaluate how you look, not how well a photographer can use Photoshop. Also, do not send zipped files and please ensure that electronically submitted photos are resized for the web (do not send full resolution, we will simply delete any emails that are too large in size or that contain images to large to view on a standard computer screen). If you are under 18 years of age, please ensure that your parents are involved in your submission and they need to be our primary contact. If you have a website or professional portfolio online, please include a link - but DO NOT send us links to sites such as OMP, Models Mayhem, or MySpace.com - we will not open links to those sites due to their often potential adult content. Submissions containing links to these sites will be deleted. Voice over artists and singers should send a digital demo in a Windows compatible audio format or CD by standard mail.

AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED . . .

It is to your advantage to learn more about us and attend one of our new faces test shoots - there is no cost for this and we do not sell classes, photo printing, or photography. Gain the lead by introducing yourself to the agency by signing up online for the FREE networking board, Texas Models & Talent Forum. The site has over 13,000 registered members! Simply register and introduce yourself. The Austin Models & Talent Agency free shoots and evaluations are posted there once per month... Meet the agency in person (this is your best bet to getting signed)! Network with other models and actors. View job casting notices. Gain free portfolio and headshots by testing with the photographers there. We generally do not sign talent that have not attended our free shoots.
