Austin Models & Talent  assisted in a children's charity event at the parking lot of Round Rock's RPM Indoor Raceway on Sunday, May 16, 2004. Our models, and guest models and talent, gave up their day to walk around posing, collecting donations, and greeting guests as they arrived to the car show. It was a long day in the hot sun with a lot of great people, a fantastic organizer (Paul Daniels), and some of the hottest cars in Austin!

AM&T talent Carolee and Dondrey (pictured above) signed autographed pictures for visitors making donations. Our models walked around the show with donation buckets urging the people viewing the cars to donate something. A little model-pressure never hurt anybody, right?

Also attending was very special guests invited by AM&T, courtsey of the wonderful Annette Rushing. Annette is the Director of the MISS AUSTIN SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANTS including Youth, Teen, and Miss ranging in age from Baby to 25 years. It is also open to boys in the Youth up to age 12 years. She is the State Director for the MRS. TEXAS pageant, which is open to any married woman in Texas 18 years and older. You can go their main site at www.austinpageants.com. Special thanks goes out to Jon Rowader, Albert Terrazas, and Melisa Shepard. Jon, a photographer in Houston, is an Administrator for the Texas Models & Talent Forums. Jon assisted in organizing and the donation collecting process. Albert, a photographer in Austin, can be found at many AM&T shoots. Albert created the mini-poster that the girls were signing at the event and he helped organize the models who attended and created all the badges. Melisa, who's three kids are signed with the Agency, helped with signs and organizing the collection of the donation money. Thanks to Carolyn Curley, Donna Kehl, and all the mothers, fathers, and families who came out to help as well!
